Jesus’ plan is not for us to merely manage pain—He enters into our pain with us and transforms it.
His presence brings deep healing to our hearts, restoring what is broken rather than simply helping us cope. In Him, we don’t just learn to survive; we learn to be made whole.

Transformation cannot happen alone. We need a safe place to belong where joy is shared and we learn and practice relational skills.
Attachment is the strongest force in the human brain. When we build connection, we strengthen the relational bonds our brains were designed for, creating safety, belonging, and the capacity to grow alongside others.
When our capacity is low, our brains can’t function as designed. It isn't a character flaw and can be restored over time with supportive relationships and learning and practicing new skills.

"The teaching and joy practices I’ve learned from Ann, Diana, and Steve have been a life changing gift. One that has rejuvenated my soul, cultivated untended spaces of my heart, and invited me to sit face-to-face with Jesus and fully experience that He’s glad to be with me."
